This photo is around mid 70's and i was maybe 12 or 13 years old. I was really into skateboarding...I was a tomboyish girl. Very Kristy McNichol. I think my skateboard was dark pink...and here i am showing off my skills, with my brother Dan next to me, on our walkway to the front of our house on Greenview St. in Guelph, Ontario. In the winter i skateboarded in our basement ...perfect because it had a long cement floor where i practiced. I was never that athletic except i did love skateboarding. I never did excel at any other sports, except a bit of track and field at school.
